Delete your account and data
You can delete your I Am Time account at any time. Here is how, and what happens to your data.
In the app (fastest)
- Open I Am Time and go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my data.
- Confirm. If you are signed in, enter your password once more for security.
Your profile is removed from your phone and from our database, and your account is deleted.
By email
No longer have the app? Write to iamtimeapp@gmail.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account (email and sign-in).
- Your profile: name, date, time and place of birth, language and settings.
- Your question credits. Unused credits cannot be restored after deletion.
What may be kept, and for how long
- Free-day and date-of-birth records linked to your device or account (no name or email): up to 24 months after last use, so the free trial cannot be repeated.
- Purchase records: as long as accounting law requires.
- Monthly question counters: deleted automatically after 40 days.
