These terms are an agreement between you and Raj Chourasiya ("we", "us"), the developer of I Am Time. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. What the app is
I Am Time gives daily, weekly and longer-period readings based on Vedic astrology, using rules from classical texts such as Phaladeepika, Brihat Samhita, Muhurta Chintamani, Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra, Brihat Jataka and Jataka Parijata. Each reading shows the text it comes from.
2. Not advice, no promise of results
- Astrology is a traditional belief system, not a science. Readings do not predict events with certainty.
- Readings, gemstone and metal information, and chat answers are for information, reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment or any other professional advice.
- Do not rely on the app for important decisions about health, money, relationships, career or safety. Consult a qualified professional.
- Gemstone and metal information only describes what the classical texts say. We do not sell gemstones and do not recommend any purchase.
- Chat answers are written by an AI system from your reading and can be incomplete or wrong.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the app.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Enter your own birth details. The date of birth linked to an account or device cannot be changed to get readings for other people.
4. Free days
New users get a number of free days of readings, as shown in the app, and may need to create a free account to use all of them. We may change the number of free days. Free days are counted per device and per account; clearing app data, reinstalling or creating new accounts does not add free days.
5. Subscription (I Am Time Plus)
- Plus includes the daily reading, weekly and longer-period readings, the birth chart and a monthly number of chat questions, as described on the subscription screen.
- The price and billing period are shown in your local currency before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Plus stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
- If the price changes, you will be told in advance as the store requires, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
- Question credits (Android): one-time purchases on Google Play for Plus members. One credit is one chat question and is used only after the month's included questions are finished. Credits do not expire, are linked to your account, can be used while Plus is active, and cannot be exchanged for money. Refunds are handled by Google under its policies.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, resell or redistribute the app or its readings for commercial purposes;
- reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or attack the app or its servers;
- get around the free-day, question or date-of-birth limits;
- use the chat for unlawful, abusive or harmful content;
- pretend to be another person.
7. Ownership
The app, its design, code, text and illustrations belong to us or our licensors. The classical texts are cited for reference. You may use your readings for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, pause or stop features. We cannot promise the app will always be available or free of errors. Calculations depend on data and methods that may contain errors.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on readings. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including your consumer rights.
10. Ending use
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.
11. Apple App Store
If you downloaded the app from the App Store:
- These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any. Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
- Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection or intellectual property claims. We are responsible for those, as these terms describe.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Your use of the app must also follow the App Store terms and the Usage Rules.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with mandatory consumer laws, you keep the protection of those laws and may bring a claim in your local courts.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
